MyGreenTaste was born from a simple but powerful idea: returning to the origins.
The green of nature, of the fields, of fresh, real ingredients, is also the green of life and health.
Here, we believe that food begins in the earth, in its purest and most generous form, and that this connection with natural foods helps us nourish not only our bodies, but also our minds and emotions.
The name MyGreenTaste means just that: my green taste, my way of choosing what I eat from nature, always seeking a balance between deliciousness and health.
Eating well isn’t just a physical act; it’s a way of taking care of ourselves in every sense, of honoring our well-being and enjoying every bite with gratitude.

Behind this space is me, Deanny, passionate about cooking, wellness, and personal development.

I learned to cook when I was just 7 years old, guided by a girl who helped my mom at home and taught me how to prepare my first dish: a simple rice dish, but for me, it was the beginning of a great love for cooking.
Since then, it has been a path of observation, research, trial, and error, always with a love for flavors and creativity.
I am Venezuelan, an industrial engineer by profession and a web developer by trade, and I love learning about other cultures, especially through their food. I firmly believe in the power of food as a bridge between health and happiness, and that small changes in our diet can transform our lives.
With this blog, I want to inspire you to discover the flavors of the world, to take care of yourself through what you eat, and to reconnect with what’s most essential: nature, balance, and the pleasure of eating well.
In this blog, you’ll find recipes inspired by flavors from around the world, designed to nourish your physical, mental, and emotional health with every dish.
